<br />Mr. Pape supported continuing to have individual interviews. <br /> <br />Ms. Bettman remarked that the council represented. constituents and councilors should be comfortable <br />speaking in public. <br /> <br />Ms. Solomon observed that constituents could ask for councilor opinions. She was amenable to holding <br />individual interviews. <br /> <br />Mr. Pryor did not have a preference. <br /> <br />Ms. Kennedy thought the council had provided enough direction to proceed and come back to the council <br />in November. She thanked the council and her colleagues. <br /> <br />Mr. Hacker remarked that the team saw the project, at its essence, as being about the freedom of people in <br />the United States to participate in democracy. He hoped everyone would remain open to this participa~ <br />tion. He wanted the end result to be a place that helped to unite people. <br /> <br />Mayor Piercy thanked everyone for participating. <br /> <br />B.
