<br />09/27/05 <br /> <br />(22) Pedestrian Circulation On..site Adjustment. Where this land use code <br />provides that on..site pedestrian circulation may be adjusted, the <br />standards may be adjusted upon finding that, considering site <br />constraints or practical difficulties, the proposed design proVides <br />adequate pedestrian connections: <br />(a) Between building entrances and streets or accesways; <br />(b) Between new and existing buildings on the development site, <br />including recreation and community facilities; <br />(c) From proposed Industrial, commercial and institutional uses to <br />adjacent parcels having similar existing or planned uses; <br />(d) To nearby transit stops, parks and other recreation facilities; and <br />(e) Between parking lots and main buildings, <br /> <br />@ <br /> <br />Section 57. Subsection (1) of Section 9.8055 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br /> <br />provide: <br /> <br />9.8055 <br /> <br />~~~ <br />(ji) <br /> <br />@ <br /> <br />Cluster Subdivision- Approval Criteria .. General. The planning director shall <br />approve, approve with conditions, or deny a proposed cluster subdivision.
