Delivered copy of an annotated site plan to the Hearings Official's <br />office showing proposed bridge locations. <br /> <br />21. July 20, 1988 <br /> <br />a. . Spoke with Jean Hahn concerning city's revised memorandum to the <br />.Hearings Official; she now indicates that it wilt not be available until <br />Thursday, July 21, 1988. She says city has not changed its last stated <br />position on the bicycle trail dedication; it is a case of developing <br />reasons why this situation is different from other situations in terms of <br />requiring dedication. She will call me on Thursday as soon as report is <br />ready. <br /> <br />b. Spoke with the Hearings Official concerning the deadline he had <br />established of July 21 for us to submit materials for the wetlands ESEE <br />analysis. My concern was that we had not yet seen Esther Lev's report. <br />Was advised that her report would not be available until Monday, July <br />25, 1988. Was advised that. based on his contact with Esther Lev, there <br />Would not be a problem. Was also advised that we would be able to <br />comment Upon or supplement her report, the July 21 date notwith. <br />standing. The Hearings Official also indicated that State Fish and <br />Wildlife wou.d be submitting something in writing by Thursday, July <br />21, but that their concerns could be easily addressed. <br /> <br />Advised the Hearings Official that city's revised report wouldn't be <br />available until July 21; was told that we would have the opportunity to <br />supplement it if that appeared necessary. <br /> <br />22. July 22, 1988 <br /> <br />a. Since a call from Jean Hahn had not been received on July 21, called <br />the Planning Department at 8:52; was advised that she would be in <br />sometime after 10:00 a.m. Then called Jim Croteau; he expressed <br />surprise that the report had not already been transmitted to the <br />Hearings Official and said he would have Jean call Told him this was <br />becoming a matter of extreme concern and he agreed. <br /> <br />b. Called the Hearings Official at 9:30 a.m. to determine if anything' had <br />come in from Department of Fish and Wildlife; he had not received <br />anything, although it might have been submi'tted to the Land Manage;' <br />ment Division. Checked with Jerry Kendall of Land Management <br />Di vision; he had received nothing from ODFW. He was going to call <br />Bria,n Ferry of ODFw today and would ask ifaIiything had been sent; <br />he is to report the results of that conversation. <br />
