<br />Continuing, Mayor Piercy said she had talked to staff about the WEP issue. It was her understanding that <br />the council had only initiated a process and it would not affect anything in the present. She noted that they <br />had to look at the TransPlan again anyway. In response to Councilor Clark, she lauded the work of the <br />WEC. She believed they would arrive at “some affordable, doable solutions” for transportation in West <br />Eugene.
