<br />RELATED CITY POLICIES <br />There are many City policies that will be discussed if and when this proposed hospital site moves <br />forward through any type of land use or City action. Potential impacts on related policies will need to be <br />discussed and addressed when more information is available about the proposed site and any future <br />development. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OPTIONS <br />The City Council has many options to consider as part of this discussion. Some of the options to <br />consider: <br />1. Council can take no action. <br />2. Council can direct the City Manager to begin work on a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) <br />with McKenzie- Willamette Medical Center related to the proposed hospital site. <br />3. Other. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION <br />The City Manager recommends Option 2 - direct the City Manager to begin work on a MOU with <br />McKenzie- Willamette Medical Center to identify issues, roles and responsibilities related to this <br />proposed site moving forward as the Eugene hospital site. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION <br />I move to direct the City Manager to begin work with McKenzie- Willamette Medical Center on a MOU <br />for the proposed site off Delta Highway north of Ayers Road. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />A.
