Tax Lot 2501 and 2600, Assessor's Map 17-04-04-00, located in the Highway 99 region of north Eugene, east of Highway 99, west of Prairie Road, south of Enid Road, and more particularly described on Exhibit II attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Evans, EC ED 99-71) and Tax Lot 400, Assessor's Map 17-04-02-30, located in the Highway 99 region of north Eugene, south of Lynnbrook Driver and west of River Road, and more particularly described on Exhibit JJ attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Thompson Melvin, C ED 99-05) Section 4. The City Council proposes that the territories bounded by the lines running as follows, which have heretofore been annexed tot he City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the Santa Clara Water District, River Road Water District, and River Road Park and Recreation District: Tax Lot 100, Assessor's Map 17-04-14-34, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, on the site of Kelly Middle School and Howard Elementary School, south of Howard Avenue, East of North Park Avenue and North of Hatton Avc:nue, and more particularly described on Exhibit KK attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (School District 4J, C EU 99-23) Section 5. Monday, February 28,2000, at 7:30 p.m" Pacific Time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, is hereby fixed as the date, time and place for hearing objections to the withdrawals. The City Manager shall cause a Notice of the date, time and place and purpose of the hearing, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit LL hereto, to be published in the Register Guard once each week for two consecutive weeks prior to the hearing and to be posted in four public places in the City for a like period of time.
