That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. O. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June 29, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective June 7, 1999. Tax Lot 701 and part of700, Assessor's Map 17-04-02-12, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of River Road, north of Spring Creek, west of Spring Meadow Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit 0 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Vegas, EC ED 99-45) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. P. Tax Lot 3600, Assessor's Map 17-04-01-34, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of River Road, south of Wilkes Drive, west of River Loop No.1 and Delay Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit P attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. Q. Tax Lot 700, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-30, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, east of River Road, north of Hunsaker Lane, west of Summer Lane, east of Echo Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit Q attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
