Section 3 . Section 3.030 of the Eugene Code , 1971, i s amended to provide : 3..030 Business Licenses -License Term and Renewal. (1) A license shall be valid from the date of issuance for a period specified on the license. (2) An application for renewal of a license shall be submitted to the city at least 30 days prior to its expiration date and shall be accompanied by the required fee and other required documents. (3) The city may impose conditions on the approval of a license. (4) Any application for renewal submitted less than 30 days prior to expiration shall be treated as a new application and must be accompanied by the required application fee. Section 4. Subsection (b) of Section 3.041 of the Eugene Code, 1971 is amended , and a new Subsection ~ c } i s added thereto , to provide 3.441 Bus_ Hess Li ,,,,,., , , Requirements .
