ORDINANCE Na. 2006 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING OVERNIGHT CAMPING AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 4.650 AND 4.815 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971 ~ AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1. Section 4.680 of the Eugene Cade, 1971, i s amended by adding <br />a new Subsection (3> thereto, to provide: <br />4.680 Acts Prohibited at Ni ht . <br />t 1 } Between the hours of 10 : OD p . m . of one day and 6 ; 00 a . m . of the <br />succeeding day, na person steal 1; <br />~ a } Be i n a cemetery without authorization . <br />fib} Drive or park a orator vehicle i n a cemetery without <br />authorization . <br />~ ~ } Between the hours of 11:00 p . m , of one day and 6 ; 00 a . m , of the <br />succeeding day, no person steal 1 be i n a ci ty park unless driving through the park <br />on 1 awful business . <br />~ 3 } Upon finding i t to be i n the public interest and consistent <br />with counci 1 goals and policies, the counci 1 may, by motian, exempt a speci al <br />event from the prohibitions of subsecti an ~2} of this section . The motion shat 1 <br />specify the peri ad of time and 1 ocati on covered by the exemption , <br />Section 2.
