ORDINANCE Na. 2006 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING OVERNIGHT CAMPING AMENDING SECTIONS 4.650 AND 4.815 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971 ~ AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS Section 1.
