Requests the <br />vacation of the fol l owi ng streets and alleys : 1 } alley <br />between Charnelton and L~ ncoln from Broadway 160 feet <br />north ; 2 } a 11 ey between Charnelton and Lincoln from <br />Broadway 160 feet south; 3} a three-foot segment clang <br />the north right -of -way 1 ~ ne of Broadway between <br />Charnelton and Lincoln; and 4} a three-foot segment <br />along the south r~ ght-of-way 1 ~ ne of Broadway between <br />Charnelton and L~ ncol n ; as more particularly described <br />i n Exhi bi t A attached hereto . ~ Ci ty of Eugene Community <br />Development, Sv 96-4} <br />On the 9th day of September , 1996 , the City Counci 1 of the City of Eugene <br />by Motion duly passed , ca11 ed a publ i c hearing to be held at 7 : 3~ p . m. , Paci fi c <br />Time on the 14th day of October, 1996, at the Counci 1 Chambers at City Hal 1, <br />Eugene, Oregon , at which time and place protests and remonstrances cool d be heard <br />as to the proposed vacation of the above-described al 1 ey and portions of the <br />rights-af-way. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and <br />place the Counci 1 heard all objections to the proposed vacation , <br />Al 1 persons owning property abutting the al 1 ey and the portions of the <br />rights-of-way to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the <br />same. <br />THE CITY ~F EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FoLL4WS <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and <br />regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as by law required, and <br />no valid objections were made at the hearing or fi 1 ed .
