Requests the vacation of the fol l owi ng streets and alleys : 1 } alley between Charnelton and L~ ncoln from Broadway 160 feet north ; 2 } a 11 ey between Charnelton and Lincoln from Broadway 160 feet south; 3} a three-foot segment clang the north right -of -way 1 ~ ne of Broadway between Charnelton and Lincoln; and 4} a three-foot segment along the south r~ ght-of-way 1 ~ ne of Broadway between Charnelton and L~ ncol n ; as more particularly described i n Exhi bi t A attached hereto . ~ Ci ty of Eugene Community Development, Sv 96-4} On the 9th day of September , 1996 , the City Counci 1 of the City of Eugene by Motion duly passed , ca11 ed a publ i c hearing to be held at 7 : 3~ p . m. , Paci fi c Time on the 14th day of October, 1996, at the Counci 1 Chambers at City Hal 1, Eugene, Oregon , at which time and place protests and remonstrances cool d be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above-described al 1 ey and portions of the rights-af-way. Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and place the Counci 1 heard all objections to the proposed vacation , Al 1 persons owning property abutting the al 1 ey and the portions of the rights-of-way to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. THE CITY ~F EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FoLL4WS Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as by law required, and no valid objections were made at the hearing or fi 1 ed .
