The Assessor's Map and Tax Lot Numbers} are as follows and are shown on the attached copy of Assessor's Map 17-03 -31-13, Attachment A, of this application. Far the southern portion of the north-south alley located between Lincoln and Charnelton Streets that extends south from the east-west alley intersection located between 8th Avenue and Broadway: Assessor's Map 17-03-31-13, Tax Lots 8500 and 7100. For the northern portion of the north-south alley located between Lincoln and Charnelton Streets that extends north from the east west alley intersection located between 10th Avenue and Broadway: Assessor's Map 17-03-31-13, Tax Lots 5100, 5000, and 7200. For the three-foot streetright-of-way located along the north and south sides of Broadway between Lincoln and Charnelton Streets. Assessor's Map 17-03-31-13, Tax Lots 8700, 8600, 5500, 7100, 8400, 8200, 5100, and 7200. The City of Eugene and the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene are the owners of all tax lots on the four quarter blocks at the Broadway and Charnelton site.
