RESOLUTION NO. 4627 A RESOLUTION APPROVING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93073 AND ASSESSMENT OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR CURB, GUTTER AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS ON COBURG ROAD UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ORS 203.132, THE SUBJECT PROPERTY BEING LANE COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR'S MAP NUMBER 17-03-17-11, TAX LOT 1316 The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: A. Capital Improvement Project ("CIP") #93073 of Co burg Road, MP 3.27 to 4.83, has been approved for funding through adoption of the Lane County FY 1999-00 through FY 2003-04 Capital Improvement Program. B. The Lane County Board of Commissioners adopted a design concept for the first phase from MP 4.02 to MP 4.60 on February 10, 1999 by Board Order 99-2-10-4, and a design concept for the second phase from MP 3.27 to MP 4.02 on September 8, 1999 by Board Order 99-9- 8-3. C. One property within the project limits, identified by Lane County Tax Assessor's Map number 17-03-17-11, tax lot 1316, lies within the city limits of Eugene, and Lane County has requested permission to assess the subject property under the provisions of ORS 203.132. D. ORS 203.132 requires the governing body of the City to approve the improvement and assessment of the subject property by resolution. Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: Section 1. Based upon the above findings, which are incorporated herein by reference and hereby adopted, CIP #93073 is approved, and assessment of the property identified as Lane County Tax Assessor's Map number 17-03-17-11, tax lot 1316, for said CIP #93073, is approved and shall be carried out in compliance with ORS 203.132. Section 2. The City Recorder is requested to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Lane County Board of Commissioners.
