Because of the level of interest in these proposed code amendments, it would be in <br />the public interest to extend the moratorium an additional 45 days, from January 15, 1997 to <br />February 28,1997, in order to allow the public, Planning Commission, and City Council additional <br />time to review the proposed code amendments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DUES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
