<br />RESOLUTION NO. 4645 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING EUGENE CITY COUNCIL <br />OPERATING AGREEMENTS AND REPEALING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4590. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br />A. On June 14, 1999, Ordinance No. 20156 was adopted amending section 2.007 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, concerning regular meetings and council ground rules. <br /> <br />B. On April 12, 1999, the Eugene City Council Operating Agreements were adopted by <br />Resolution No. 4588 and subsequently amended by Resolution No. 4590 on June 14, 1999. <br /> <br />C. On July 31, 2000 the Eugene City Council meeting revisions to the Operating <br />Agreements were discussed and approved by a vote of the members. <br /> <br />D. An amendrpent to the Operating Agreements is necessary in order that the Operating <br />Agreements reflect those revisions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Based on the above findings, the Council amends the Eugene City Council <br />Operating Agreements, referred to as groundrules in the Eugene Code, 1971, as set forth in Exhibit <br />A attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2.
