The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated <br />August 23,2000, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described <br />real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective June 12,2000. <br /> <br />Tax Lot 106, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-11, located in the River Road <br />region of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of Horn Lane, east <br />of Anderson Lane, south of Manzana Street, and more particularly <br />described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. (Gould, EC EU 00-20) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road <br />Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those <br />Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. <br /> <br />B. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated <br />March 29,2000, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described <br />real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective March 28,2000. <br /> <br />Tax Lot 3800, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-11, and a portion of Tax Lot <br />1201, Assessor's Map 17-04-24-22, located in the River Road region <br />of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of Horn Lane, east of <br />Andersen Lane, south and west of Rosetta Avenue, and more <br />particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference.
