<br />Section 2. The City Council directs that a copy ofthis Resolution be forwarded to the Board <br /> <br />of County Commissioners of Lane County, Oregon, which Board is hereby requested to release <br /> <br />jurisdiction ofthe above described road to the City of Eugene in accordance with the provisions of <br /> <br />ORS 373.270. <br /> <br />Section 3. Upon the receipt by the City Manager, within 180 days from the date this <br /> <br />Resolution is adopted, of a certified copy of an order of the Board of County Commissioners of Lane <br /> <br />County, Oregon releasing jurisdiction of the above described road to the City of Eugene, the City <br /> <br />shall have the same control, power and jurisdiction over the described road as it has over all other <br /> <br />streets and alleys within the City. <br /> <br />Section 4. In the event the Board of County Commissioners fails to enter the order referred <br /> <br />to in Section 3 above within 180 days from the date this Resolution is adopted, the request and <br /> <br />authorization contained herein shall terminate as though this Resolution had not been adopted. <br /> <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted this 12th day of February, 2001. <br /> <br />~/.~/~ <br /> <br />City Recorder <br /> <br />Resolution - 2 <br />
