<br />The City Council of the City of Eugene by Resalution No. 4524 adopted June 23, 1997,
<br />proposed:
<br />~a} Withdrawal from the River Road Water District and River Raad Parks &
<br />Recreation District the parts of the Districts annexed to the City on Apri114, 1997 by
<br />Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated May 1,1997;
<br />on May 21,1997 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission
<br />dated May 16,1997; on May 21,1997 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government
<br />Boundary Commission dated April 7, 1997; an May 21, 1997 by Natice of the Lane
<br />County Local Government Boundary Commission dated April 14,1997; on May 21,1997,
<br />by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated Apri128,
<br />1997; on May 21, 1997, by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary
<br />Commission dated April 7, 1997; and on June 6, 1997 by Natice of the Lane County
<br />Local Government Boundary Commission dated June 6,1997; and
<br />fib} Withdrawal from the Santa Clara Water District the parts of the District

<br />all as hereinafter more particularly described.
<br />The Resolution set July 14,1997, at 7:30 P.M., Pacific Time, in the Council Chambers,
<br />City Hall, in Eugene, Oregon, as the time and place far hearing objections to the withdrawals,
