<br />9.7110 <br /> <br />Decision. Within 30 days of the city's determination that an application is complete, <br />unless the applicant agrees to a longer time period, the planning director shall <br />approve, approve with conditions, or deny the application based on findings and <br />conclusions according to the requirements and criteria found in EC 9.8000 through <br />9.8865. The decision of the planning director is final. <br /> <br />Section 50. Table 9.7405 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to delete the entry for <br /> <br />"Vacation." <br /> <br /> <br />Reference <br /> <br />*A zone change to apply the /ND overlay zone shall be processed according to EC <br />9.4260. <br /> <br />Section 51. Subsection (2) of Section 9.7605 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br /> <br />provide: <br /> <br />9.7605 <br /> <br />Filina of Appeal of Plannina Director's Decision. <br /> <br />(2) The appeal shall be submitted on a form approved by the city manager, be <br />accompanied by a fee established pursuant to EC Chapter 2, and be received <br />by the city no later than 5:00 p.m. of the 12th day after the notice of decision is <br />mailed. The record from the planning director's proceeding shall be forwarded <br />to the appeal review authority. New evidence pertaining to appeal issues shall <br />be accepted. <br /> <br />Section 52. Subsection (2) of Section 9.7655 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br /> <br />provide: <br /> <br />9.7655 <br /> <br />Filina of Appeal of HearinQs Official or Historic Review Board Initial Decision. <br /> <br />(2) The appeal shall be submitted on a form approved by the city manager, be <br />accompanied by a fee established pursuant to EC Chapter 2, and be received <br />by the city no later than 5:00 p.m. of the 1ih day after the notice of decision is <br />mailed. The record from the proceeding of the hearings official or historic <br />review board shall be forwarded to the appeal review authority.
