Subsection (2) of Section 9.2683 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br /> <br />provide: <br /> <br />9.2683 <br /> <br />Special Use Limitations. <br />(2) Permitted Uses Subject to Site Review. When a proposed public use, other <br />than those listed in subsection (3) of this section, is to be located within 300 <br />feet of land in the broad zone category of residential, and such use will <br />generate the need for a Traffic Impact Analysis according to EC 9.8670 <br />Applicability, such use shall be subject to an approved site review application <br />according to the Type II procedures. <br /> <br />Section 10. Subsection (1) of Section 9.2685 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br /> <br />provide: <br /> <br />9.2685 <br /> <br />Special Development Standards for Table 9.2684. <br />(1) The building height for the portion of the building that is located within 50 feet <br />of the boundary of an abutting residential zone is limited to the height allowed <br />in the abutting residential zone. <br /> <br />Section 11. The "Average Width Minimum" heading in Table 9.2686 is amended to <br /> <br />provide: <br /> <br />9.2686 Public Land Zone Lot Standards. The following Table 9.2686 sets forth lot <br />standards in the PL public land zone.
