ORDINANCE NO, 200$S <br />AN ORDINANCE CGNCERNING YARD DEBRIS; AND AMENDING <br />SECTIGNS 3.005 AND 3.274 DF THE EUGENE CODE,1911. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DGES GRDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Solid Waste and Recycling definitions set forth under Licensed <br />Businesses in Section 3.095 of the Eugene Code,1971, are hereby amended by addin <br />g <br />the following in alphabetical order therein: <br />3.005 For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases <br />shall mean: <br />Solid yUaste and Recycling,,: <br />Yard debris. Includes grass clippings, leaves, hedge trimmings, <br />branches, and other vegetativewaste generated from residential property or <br />landscaping activities, but does not inlcude tree stumps, root wads, or <br />poisonous vegetation, <br />Section 2. Section 3.2?'0 of the Eugene Code,19?1, is amended by adding a new <br />subparagraph fie} thereto, to provide: <br />3.210 Solid Waste and Rec clin -Licensee Res onsibilit . In addition to <br />the requirements of section 3.041, each licensee shall: <br />fie} Provide periodic curbside collection of yard debris on a <br />subscription basis. <br />Section 3.
