ORDINANCE NO ~ Io l <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described portions of street ri ht-of wa to wit: <br />g y <br />A portion of Fairway Loop located along the south side of Country <br />Club Road, west of Coburg Road Parcel ~ }, as located in the <br />vicinity of Tax Lots 1200, ~ 10 ~ , 2200, Assessor's Map ~ 7-03 -29- <br />30, more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />Ferry Street Bridge Project SV 97-004}. <br />Subject to easement reservations as set forth in Exhibit A attached <br />hereto. <br />On the 10th daV of November, 1997, the City Council of the City of Eugene b Motion <br />Y <br />auly passed, called a public hearing to be held at 7:3o p.m., Pacific Time on the 8th d of <br />December, 1997, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, nregon, at which time and lace <br />p <br />protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed Council initiated vacation of the <br />above-described portions of s#~reet right-of-way, <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and place the Council <br />heard all objections to the proposed vacation. <br />The proposed vacation will not substantially affect the market value of the ra e <br />p p ~Y <br />abutting the above-described portions of street right-of way. <br />THE CITY 4F EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FGLLCIwS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice of the <br />hearing was published and posted as by law required, and no valid objections were made at the <br />hearing or filed. The proposed vacation will not substantially affect the market value of the <br />property abutting the above-described portions of street right-of way and the public interest will <br />not be prejudiced by the vacation of the portions of street right-of--way. <br />aRD1NANCE -1 <br />
