The Redeveloper shall obtain necessary approvals of ro osed <br />develo ments p p <br />p ,from al 1 Federal , State, or 1 ocal agencies that <br />may have ~ur~sd~ct~on an properties and facilities to be devel- <br />oped or redeveloped within the plan area; <br />b. The Redeveloper shall develop or redevelop such ra ert in <br />accordanc p p y <br />e with the adopted land use provisions; <br />c. The Redeveloper shall submit all plans and specifications for <br />construction of improvements on the land to the Agency for <br />review and distribution to appropriate reviewing bodies as <br />required by the City and shall comply with all app) i cab) e <br />requirements of existing City codes and ordinances; <br />d. The Redeveloper shall commence and com let <br />p .e the development of <br />such property for the uses provided ~n this plan within a <br />reasonable period of time; and <br />e. The Redeveloper shall not effect or execute any agreement <br />lease, conveyance, or other instrument whereby the real ro er- <br />t or art thereof ~ p p <br />y p ~s restricted upon the bans of age, race, <br />color, religion, sex, marital status, or national on in in the <br />g <br />sale, lease, or occupancy thereof. <br />F. REHABILITATION AND CONSERVATION <br />I. Intent. Exist' y <br />ing bu~ld~ngs in the plan area are considered <br />an important asset in maintaining and improving the economic envi- <br />ronment of the plan area. <br />2. Method.
