Redeyeloper',s ~bli~ations. The Redeveloper shall develop or redevelop such ra ert in <br />accordanc p p y <br />e with the adopted land use provisions; <br />c. The Redeveloper shall submit all plans and specifications for <br />construction of improvements on the land to the Agency for <br />review and distribution to appropriate reviewing bodies as <br />required by the City and shall comply with all app) i cab) e <br />requirements of existing City codes and ordinances; <br />d. The Redeveloper shall commence and com let <br />p .e the development of <br />such property for the uses provided ~n this plan within a <br />reasonable period of time; and <br />e.
