determines will prevent future offenses. <br />~5} .Any person who enters upon the downtown mall in violation of a notice of <br />exclusion commits criminal trespass in the .second degree. <br />~6} ~ Notwithstanding the provisions of section 2.770 of this code, the notice of <br />exclusion appeal hearing shall be governed by the procedures set forth in this section. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance, and Section 4.$74 of the Eugene Code, 1971 are repealed <br />effective midnight, March 31,1999. <br />Section 3.
