ORDINANCE N0.20125 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING PATRON USER FEES; <br />AMENDING SECTION 3.810 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; <br />AND .DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Subsection ~3}~d} of Section 3.810 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br />prove e: <br />3.810 Patron User Fee. <br />~3} The following are exempt from the patron user fee: <br />~d} Resident company youth educational events, as determined by the city <br />manager or the manager's designee. <br />Section 2. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City Attorney, <br />is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in other provisions <br />of the Eugene Code,1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein. <br />Section 3. That the matters contained herein concern the public health, welfare and safety <br />and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage by the City council and approval by the Mayor, retention by the Mayor <br />for more than ten days, or readoption over a mayoral veto bytwo-thirds of all members of the City <br />Council. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />8t~ day of June,1998 <br />~"` <br />City Recor er <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />8~~ day of June,1998 <br />Mayor <br />
