<br />Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on May 29,
<br />1995, by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated June 23,1995,
<br />as bounded and described as follows:
<br />Tax Lot 4500, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 41, located in the River
<br />Road area of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Park
<br />Avenue, east of Walnut Avenue, and more particularly described an
<br />Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

<br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation
<br />District, effective July 1,1999.
<br />Section 2. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on May 20,
<br />1998, by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated June 17,1995,
<br />as bounded and described as follows:

<br />area of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of Howard Avenue,
<br />east of Santa Rosa Avenue, and more particularly described on
<br />Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
