Y <br />These changes are included ~n the proposed amendments. In all other respects, there are no <br />inconsistencies between the proposed plan amendments and other sections of the Plan. <br />CONCLUSION <br />Based on the findings set forth herein, the Eugene and Springfield City Councils and the Lane <br />County Board of Commissioners concludes that the proposed amendments to the Metro Plan text <br />are consistent with relevant statewide planning goals adopted by the Land Conservation and <br />Development Commission; and adoption of the amendments will not make the Metro Plan <br />internally inconsistent. <br /> <br />21- Findings in Support of Metro Plan Amendments <br />
