This change is based u on the results <br />p <br />of recent plant surveys, which have revealed the distribution of rare lant s ecies on <br />p p <br />the adopted list. These rare plant surveys address Statewide Plannin Goal 5 which <br />. g <br />includes ecologically and scientifically significant sites such as rare lant habitat . <br />p } <br />Therefore, these amendments address new inventory information which addresses <br />Statewide Goal 5, and are consistent with this criterion. <br />Section 9,145 ~2}~c} 4.
