O/ <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY <br />RIGHT-UF-WAY LOCATED ON THE NORTH HALF OF <br />THE NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY BETWEEN WEST IOTg <br />AVENUE AND WEST 11TH AVENUE, WEST OF OLIVE <br />STREET AND EAST OF CHARNELTUN STREET. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene f nds that: <br />On the 27~ day of September,1999, the City Council of the Ci of Eu ene b Motion dul <br />tY g Y Y <br />passed, called a public hearing to be held at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time, on the 25~' da of october, <br />Y <br />1999, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, at which time and place rotests and <br />p <br />remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed Council initiated vacation, with the consent of the <br />abutting property owners, of the following described portion of alley right-of way. <br />The north half of the north-south alley, located between west 10~' <br />Avenue and West 11~ Avenue, west of olive Street and east of <br />Charnelton Street, Tax Lots 5400, 5700, 5800 and 6500, Assessor's <br />Map 17-03 -31-13, as more particularly described in Exhibit A to this <br />ordinance. (AV 99-1 }. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DUES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene f nds that due and regular notice of the <br />hearing was published and posted as by law required, and no valid objections were made at the <br />hearing or filed. The public interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the onion of alle <br />p Y <br />right-of way. The hearing was held on the 25~' day of october,1999, at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time at <br />the Council Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, Lane County, oregon, and all matters necess to be <br />done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Sec~on 2.
