3.625 Natural Gas Sunnlier,,, Tax - ,,,,Credit .for Franchise Fees. A natural gas supplier <br />which is required to pay a franchise fee to the city for the use of the public ways of <br />the city may subtract the amount of the franchise fee paid for the same year or part of the year in <br />which the tax is in effect from the total amount due as a tax under section 3.6D5 of this code. <br />Section 7, The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City Attorney, <br />is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in other provisions <br />of the Eugene Code,1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein. <br />Section $.
