ORDINANCE NU. 20179 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING PARKING METERS, AND <br />AMENDING SECTION 5.310 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DUES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Subsection ~1} of Section 5.310 of the Eugene Code,1971, is amended to provide: <br />5.310 Deposit of„Coins~Tokens. <br />~ 1 } Except a.s this chapter otherwise permits, whenever a parking meter indicates <br />that the time for parking has expired, no person shall park a vehicle in the parking space for that <br />meter, or leave in that space a vehicle of which he or she has charge, without immediately activating <br />the meter. <br />Section 2.
