If so, which one? <br /> <br />No <br /> <br />NOTE: To a{fow a large number of citizens to serve on boNds and commissions, the City Council policy allows individuals to seIVe <br />on only one standing board or comnission at a time. A current member of a board/comrrission who is a successful applicant for <br />another board/corrmission will be required to choose one board/commission. This policy does not apply to ad hoc committees or <br />departmental committees or positions that are designated for members of specific advisory groups, e.g. the Planning Commission <br />member assigned to the Citizen fnvolvement Committee. <br /> <br />5. Most City boards/commissions meet once a month, sometimes more frequently. Meetings generally last about two <br />hours. Members of city advisory groups will SelVe a maximum of Mt> consecutive terms when the length of the term is three years or more. <br />Individuals serving terms less than three years will be limited to a total of six consecutive years of service. <br />2. The deadline for applications from incumbents is the same as the deadline for new applications. <br />3. An individual may reapply tor appointmoot to a board or comnission after at least a one year hiatus from service, <br />4.
