The one with legal parking occupies a <br /> unique lot on the corner ofW. 13th Ave. <br /> and Taylor St. with only one adjacent <br /> residential lot, so impacts are minimal in <br /> this location. <br />Converted original 4 15 AU four of these developments have <br />house plus "new" incompatible structures and substantial or <br />infill structures severe impacts. <br />All "new" 12 38 . Three lots on W. 12th Ave. have similar <br />development sets of recent I-story triplexes that are <br /> compatible in scale, but not in design. <br /> The developments. have substantial <br /> impacts, especially from on-site parking. <br /> . The triplex apartment development on <br /> W. Broadway just east of Chambers <br /> Street has six completely incompatible 2- <br /> story triplexes with carports underneath <br /> with substantial impacts on adjacent <br /> properties and the nearby residential area. <br /> .
