(lih - 13th t Garfield to Chambers) "The low- <br />density designation recognizes existing residential development and land uses. The City <br />shall continue to recognize the residelztial character of the area llltd provide incentives for <br />public and private rehabilitation of rtl1ldown structures. In addition, the City shall <br />encourage block planning, infd/ing and shared housiltg. See below for discussion of amendment <br />to EC 9.8865(4) to add a reference to the siting requirements for this new special area zone.
