Jul- Jul - <br />Sept # Sept $ Jul - Sept <br />Provider Served Spent Avg./Client <br />dePaul <br />209.92 <br />ShelterCare 36 7,557 <br />TOTAL 50 13,666 273.32 <br /> <br /> <br />ShelterCare served 15 families with rent subsidies for an average of $415 per family. <br />The remaining families received emergency utility payments ranging from $25 - $75 as <br />an incentive to keep in contact with the program and continue to receive case <br />management. <br /> <br />Transportation Assistance, Lane Transit District <br />LTD provided $1,857.25 worth one-fourth price bus tokens through City of Eugene <br />funding through 25 separate programs that have been identified to serve homeless <br />people. Funds are used to help people with transportation needs, particularly for critical <br />appointments. <br /> <br />Day Services <br />First Place Family Center used City of Eugene funds to increase its summer and <br />weekend hours. <br /> <br />At First Place Family Center they provided weekend service to 184 people in July and <br />183 in August. This number was comparable to the same time last year.
