ACTION: <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes, Findings and Recommendations from the Hearings official and Adopting of <br />an Ordinance Levying Assessments for Concrete Alley Paving and Constructing Wastewater and <br />th <br />Stormwater systems on 6 Alley between Tyler Street and Polk Street; and Providing an Immedi- <br />ate Effective Date (Contract 2008-28)(Job #4527) <br /> <br /> <br />Councilor Pryor, seconded by Councilor Bettman, moved that the council adopt Council <br />th <br />Bill 4993, an ordinance levying assessments for improvements on 6 Alley and providing an <br />immediate effective date. <br /> <br />Councilor Bettman ascertained from City Engineer, Mark Schoening, that only one of the affected property <br />owners had provided comments. <br /> <br />Councilor Bettman asked if the petition had been supported by 100 percent of the neighbors.
