<br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 21-98-02 <br />of the <br />City Manager <br />City of Eugene <br /> <br />Removing the Title of City ClerklRecorder and Creating the Title of City Recorder. <br /> <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br />A. Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 16 of the Eugene Charter of 1976, the <br />City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City and is <br />specifically authorized to organize, disband and reorganize the various city <br />departments. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE <br /> <br />THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDERS <br />AND DIRECTS THAT: <br /> <br />1. Based on the above findings, which are hereby adopted, the title of City <br />Clerk/Recorder is hereby removed from Mary F. Walston. <br /> <br />2. Warren G. Wong is reappointed to the position of City Recorder. <br /> <br />3. Mary F. Walston is appointed to the position of Deputy City Recorder. <br /> <br />4. Kathleen A. Fieland and Vicki A.
