Ms. Wilson replied that she would investigate the matter with her colleagues to see if anything <br />could be done to make the draft report more specific for the council. <br />Ms. Taylor noted that it would be helpful to take the council’s input to the IGR committees in order to give <br />the draft report more specificity. She felt there was ample time to do so before sending the report to <br />Congressman DeFazio. <br />Ms. Wilson, responding to a question from Ms. Bettman, noted that there was no specific project list related <br />to the draft report and policy recommendations at this time, but that such a list might be drafted by the end <br />of the year, certainly before March 2009. <br />Ms. Piercy indicated there was a consensus from the council that their concerns regarding the draft report <br />and policy recommendations should be taken before the IGR committee.
