<br />CITY I'I~ NO. t..J4 -15"1- 0\ <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />of the <br />CITY MANAGER <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> <br />Pursuant to the authority contained in Chapter IV, Section 2(h) of the <br /> <br /> <br />Eugene Charter of 1976, the Management Services Department of the City of Eugene <br /> <br />is reorganized and consolidated with the Staff Services Department and will be <br /> <br /> <br />known as the Administrative Services Department. <br /> <br /> <br />Upon recommendation of the Administrative Services Director, the Finance <br /> <br />Director is appointed as the City Treasurer and shall perform those duties and <br /> <br /> <br />responsibilities of the "finance officer" (as defined in Section 2.500 of the <br /> <br />Eugene Code, 1971) set forth in Sections 2.510, 2.515, 2.525, 2.527, 2.530, <br />2.540, 2.542, 2.543, 2.544, 2.545, 2.546, 2.555, and 2.567 of the Eugene Code, <br /> <br />1971. <br /> <br />The Finance Director is hereby appointed as the City Recorder, and shall <br /> <br />perform those duties and responsibilities of the "finance officer" set forth <br /> <br />in Section 2.520 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br /> <br />The Finance Director may delegate in writing his or her duties of City <br /> <br /> <br />Treasurer and Recorder and the Administrative Services Director is responsible <br /> <br />to direct and control the exercise of these duties. <br />Dated this 7'*' day of ~' 1982. <br /> <br /> <br />Mi cheal .
