<br />CITY FILE NO .__!:l Lt - ~Io -b-3 <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />of the <br />CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> <br />Pursuant to the authority contained in Chapter IV, Section 4 of the Eugene <br />Charter of 1976, the Administrative Services Director, Gary P. Long, is <br />appointed City Treasurer and City Recorder and shall perform those duties and <br /> <br />responsibilities of the "finance officer" (as defined in Section 2.500 of the <br /> <br />Eugene Code, 1971) set forth in Sections 2.025, 2.510, 2.515, 2.520, 2.525, <br />2.527, 2.530, 2.540, 2.542 through 2.546, 2.555, 2.567, and 2.960 through 2.992 <br />of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br />The Administrative Services Director may delegate in writing his duties of <br /> <br /> <br />City Treasurer and City Recorder and is responsible to direct and control the <br /> <br /> <br />exercise of these duties. <br /> <br />Dated this <br /> <br />12th <br /> <br />day of December <br /> <br />, 1986 <br /> <br /> <br />adm-ord.oct <br />
