<br />CITY FIr.};~ NO._,,::LLL-:.:a:l::~ <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />of the <br />CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> <br />Pursuant to authority contained in Chapter IV, Section (2),(e) of the <br />Eugene Charter of 1976, Section 2.862 of the Eugene Code, 1971, and Council <br />Resolution No. 4031, the Director of Administrative Services is hereby <br />designated as responsible for the implementation of the Development Plan for <br />the management, marketing, and disposal of real property which the City <br />acquires through default of Bancroft contracts or lien foreclosures adopted <br />by the Council in the aforesaid resolution. <br /> <br />The Director of Administrative Services is therefore authorized to <br /> <br />manage, market, and sell or otherwise dispose of such property in accordance <br /> <br />with the plan. The Director of Administrative Services is further authorized <br /> <br /> <br />to delegate in writing the authority and responsibility granted herein to such <br /> <br /> <br />person or persons within the Administrative Services Department as he or she <br /> <br />deems appropriate. <br /> <br />Dated this 22nd Day of April, 1987. <br /> <br />
