The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a valuable resource <br />for City employees. <br />2. It is necessary to the effective functioning of the EAP that <br />employee records be kept confidential. <br /> <br />It is therefore ORDERED that: <br />As a condition of continued employment, employees, agents <br />and representatives of the City of Eugene shall not request or <br />attempt to obtain records maintained by the EAP regarding any <br />City employee for any purpose, unless required to do so by valid <br />court order. <br /> <br />Dated June 9, 1988 <br /> <br />
