Wong <br /> <br /> <br />is appointed City Treasurer and City Recorder and shall perform those duties <br /> <br />and responsibilities of the "finance officer" as defined and set forth in <br /> <br />Chapter 2 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br />The Administrative Services Director may delegate in writing his duties <br /> <br />of City Treasurer and City Recorder and is responsible to direct and control <br /> <br />the exercise of these duties. <br /> <br />Dated this tq~ day of December 1989. <br /> <br />
