<br />CITY FILE NO '-I c.l-~.I -/rO; <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> <br />FINDINGS: <br /> <br />The December 18, 1991 arbitration oplnlon and award settling the contract <br />between the City of Eugene and the International Association of Fire Fight- <br />ers, Local 851 awarded sick leave fold-in into the Oregon Public Employes <br />Retirement System (PERS) benefits for IAFF-represented employees. <br /> <br />It is therefore ORDERED that: <br /> <br />Pursuant to ORS 237.153 and OAR 459-10-158, IAFF (International Associa- <br />tion of Fire Fighters) represented employees will be compensated for accumu- <br />lated unused sick leave in the form of increased PERS retirement benefits <br />effective July 1, 1991.
