<br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 44-92-03 <br /> <br />of the <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIRECTOR <br /> <br />Pursuant to the Administrative Order of the City Manager, City of <br />Eugene, Oregon, dated December 29, 1989, the Administrative Services director, <br />Warren G. Wong, may delegate his duties of City Recorder. <br /> <br />In his capacity as City Recorder, Warren G. Wong is responsible for the <br />administration of the City of Eugene Records Management Program, and may <br />delegate this duty. <br /> <br />Oregon Revised Statutes, Section 192.072(2)(a), requires that "Each <br />state agency and political subdivision shall designate a records officer to <br />coordinate its records management program and to serve as liaison with the <br />State Archivist". <br /> <br />The Deputy City Recorder responsible for the day-to-day functions of the <br />City Recorder's Office shall be appointed the Records Officer for the City of <br />Eugene. <br /> <br />Dated this ~day of March 1992. <br /> <br />;g~ d1 ~. <br />arren G.
