<br />City File No. 11- 'l:J -" 01 <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />of the City of Eugene <br /> <br />DESIGNATING DUTIES OF CITY RECORDER AND CITY TREASURER <br /> <br />Pursuant to the Administrative Order of the City Manager, City of Eugene, Oregon, dated <br />December 29, 1989, the Administrative Services Director, Warren G. Wong, delegates his <br />duties of City Treasurer and City Recorder as follows: <br /> <br />Kathleen A. Fieland shall continue her appointment of December 24,1986, as Deputy City <br />Recorder. <br /> <br />Carole A. Martin shall continue her appointment of June 1, 1989, as Deputy City Recorder. <br /> <br />David Biedermann is hereby appointed as Deputy City Recorder (replacing Lana Lindstrom) <br />and shall perform those duties and responsibilities set forth in Sections 2.510 and 2.520 of <br />the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br />Lana Lindstrom is hereby appointed as Deputy City Treasurer (replacing David <br />Biedermann) and shall perform those duties and responsibilities set forth in Sections 2.515, <br />2.525,2.527,2.530,2.540,2.542 through 2.546,2.555, and 2.567 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br />This Administrative Order replaces previous Administrative Orders #44-91-09 and 44-89-02. <br /> <br />!!:::-a.
