The withdrawal of the annexed territory from the <br />Districts is consistent with the fundamental principles and <br />applicable policies of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan <br />Area General Plan, and other adopted City policies, and it is <br />in the best interest of the City that the territory be <br />withdrawn. <br />NCW~ THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DDES ORDAIN AS F4LLaWS: <br />Section i. The territory in Lane County, vregon, annexed <br />to the City of Eugene on December 7, 1959, as bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />A parcel of land located in Glenwood, <br />generally between the Southern Pacific <br />Railroad, I-5 and Henderson Avenue, T18S, <br />R3W, S3, Map 13, Parcels 100, 200, 700, <br />1500, 1501, and a portion of Harrison <br />Street, as more particularly described on <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference ~vik, EC <br />EU 59-31~ . <br />is hereby withdrawn from the Glenwood Water District and <br />Willamalane Park and Recreation District, effective July 1, <br />1990. <br />Section 2.
