ORDINANCE NO . ~ ~~ ~S <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM <br />THE RIVER ROAD WATER DISTRICT AND RIVER <br />ROAD PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICTS THAT <br />PART OF THE DISTRICTS ANNEXED TD THE CITY <br />OF EUGENE BY THE LANE COUNTY LOCAL <br />GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION ON <br />NOVEMBER 8, 1989 ~O~LEARY~ EC EU 89-Z9~. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene by Resolution <br />No. 4158 adopted January 22, 1994, proposed withdrawal from <br />the River Road Water District and the River Road Park and <br />Recreation District that part of the Districts annexed to the <br />City on November 8, 1989 by the Lane County Local Government <br />Boundary Commission, as hereinafter described. <br />The Resolution set February 12, 1990, at 7:30 p.m., <br />Pacific Time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, in Eugene, <br />oregon, as the time and place for hearing objections to the <br />withdrawal, and directed that notice of the time and place of <br />the hearing be published once each week for two consecutive <br />weeks prior to the hearing and be posted in four public places <br />in the City for the same period. <br />The Notice has been sv published in the Register Guard <br />and posted in four public places in the City of Eugene, <br />oregon. <br />The City is willing to assume the liabilities and <br />indebtednesses previously contracted by the Districts <br />proportionate to the part of the Districts that have been <br />annexed to the City upon the effective date of the withdrawal . <br />The withdrawal of the annexed territory from the <br />ordinance - l <br />
