Based on a 77 percent <br />petition, the City Engineer initiated the project as provided for in the Eugene Code <br />7.160 5 , on November 14, 1988. Property owners were notified of the pending award <br />~} <br />hearing 1D days prior to the hearing. The project was authorized for construction by the <br />City Council an July 10, 1959. The low bid was submitted by H & J Construction in an <br />amount of $15,655.On. <br />PROJECT <br />The project includes SG4-feet of sanitary sewers. <br />ASSESSMENT <br />The total assessable cost is $25,7G2.G7 which includes an assessment of $1,95G.G0 for trunk <br />levy. . <br />Under City of Eugene assessment policy, all of the cast is assessed to the abutting <br />property owners.
