Staff recommends appropriation of the <br />assessment distribution. - <br />A hearing was scheduled for the above matter for March 26,1g9~, at 7;~~ p.m. Since no <br />persons indicated an interest in attending the hearing it was cancelled. The Hearings <br />Official received a Memorandum from the City Engineer, outlining the above information. <br />The Hearings Official recommends that the City Council adopt an ordinance approving <br />the assessment distribution as set forth above. <br />~ r: <br />~~~ <br />Jack A.
