ORDINANCE NO.~~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ELECTING TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUE SHARING <br />FUNDS PURSUANT TO SECTION 221.774 OF OREGON REVISED <br />STATUTES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS F0LL0w5: <br />Section 1. The City of Eugene, Oregon, for the fiscal year ending <br />June 30, 1991, elects to receive distribution of funds from State Revenue <br />Sharing pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.770. <br />Section 2. The Finance Director is hereby directed to file a copy of <br />this Ordinance with the Executive Department of the State of Oregon as <br />prescribed by Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.770. <br />Sectian 3. Because election to receive State Revenue Sharing funds for <br />the fiscal year ending June 30, 1991 is required by law to be made by the <br />City Council by enactment of an ordinance and filed with the Executive <br />Department of the State of Oregon, it is necessary far the welfare of the <br />City of Eugene that said filing be made without delay, and an emergency <br />is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />full force from and after its passage by the City Council and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />11th day of June, 1990 <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />11th day of June, 1990 <br />~1 <br />City Recor r <br />~~ <br />*us gr fnkhj139 <br />
